Sales & Verification

Prior to installation we will inspect your home, verify all unit measurements, verify that all opening units swing correctly and will ensure that all instructions are concisely noted for our installation crews.

Installation

We will arrive at the appointed time to begin the installation of your ordered product. All of our installation crews are courteous, factory trained professionals and will ensure a clean job site upon completion of a job. We will inspect all glass units on the exterior and interior. Upon inspection we will note any deficiencies found in any unit and report them directly to the All Weather Service department. Our installers will be pleased to show you the proper operation of your doors and/or windows along with providing maintenance and cleaning tips.

Follow Up & After Sales Service

We will follow up with you after the installation is complete to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your new windows and/or doors. We hereby warranty our workmanship to be free of any flaws for a period of ten (10) years after your purchase to further insure your complete satisfaction.

Please note:

Applicable product warranties are passed through from the manufacturer when product is purchased from WinDoor Installations. The warranty will be null and void if failure is due to negligence, misuse, or abuse on the behalf of the homeowner or tenant, acts of God, or work is performed on subject project by a party other than WinDoor Installations.
